What We’re Looking For:You are passionate about improving people’s lives on a massive scale through the power of nutrition and technology. You are excited about working with patients and supporting telehealth operations to make sure that our patients have a great experience using our products and meeting with our dietitians. You’re tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and a quick learner at using digital platforms. This role includes telehealth program coordination as well as support for health plan enrollment and credentialing for healthcare providers.
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth program support, including appointment scheduling, billing, and credentialing support, to make sure that our telehealth office runs smoothly
- Work with our dietitian providers to collect and submit credentialing information
- Work with health plans to complete online enrollment tasks for claims submission and payment
- Create & submit monthly reports with program metrics and dietitian metrics
- Be courteous and helpful to patients, customers, and dietitians using phone, email, and video to troubleshoot and provide guidance
- Monitor digital health tools & our electronic health record platform to proactively identify user experience problems and find solutions
- Be a team player to help our telehealth program grow quickly
- Jump in to support other customer & patient support needs
Requirements & Preferred Experience
- Previous healthcare operations experience
- Previous credentialing and/or payer enrollment experience
- Experience working at a high growth stage startup (preferred)
- Experience with customer support & healthcare platforms: athenaNet, ZenDesk, CredSmart (preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel
- Previous experience using Mac OS and Google Drive at the enterprise level (preferred)
