What You’ll Do
- Deliver phone and email-based technical support to clients
- Troubleshoot application issues and guide clients through solutions
- Provide onboarding support and training for new clients
- Maintain knowledge of the full product suite and update reference guides
- Document and report system issues to the product development team
- Support clients with payment services and solutions
What You Need
- Experience with web-based technologies and quick adaptability to new platforms
- Prior Limo Anywhere software experience strongly preferred
- Proven troubleshooting and investigative problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Background in e-banking, payment processing, or credit card fees is a plus
