We’re looking for detail-oriented, enthusiastic, technical customer support for email only. Our client is a company that has over 1 million users, and this busy project requires mods who like in-depth research with complex problems. You’ll never be bored with this Service as a Software product which is constantly innovating and offering our team exciting new opportunities to stretch our troubleshooting skills. With hours extending from 6 am to 4 pm PT Monday through Sunday, we have availability for just about anyone. Our management team is on deck to answer questions to help our team learn and grow, as well as offer monthly incentives for our top performers. Our client is a leader in scheduling for social media on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest, so if you enjoy social media, this is the perfect project for you!
- Ability to work autonomously
- Enjoys in depth and sometimes difficult research
- Not afraid to ask questions
- Has worked on a technical project before or has extensive SaaS experience
- Social media experience (extra points for Instagram knowledge)
- Ability to recognize trends and an eye for detail
- Excellent writing skills for free handing specialized responses
Hours:8 am to 4 pm PT, Monday through Sunday, major plus for weekend availability
