We are looking for a talented retention marketing manager to join the consumer marketing team, responsible for driving customer retention via key marketing channels (Email and SMS) with the goal of maximizing customer lifetime value of our existing customer base. This is a high-visibility role in a growing organization that will have a tangible impact on the success of the overall business. 

What you’ll do here:

  • Own marketing channel roadmaps, managing internal cross-functional partnerships and external strategic partnerships with vendors to test and optimize new and existing campaigns
  • Identify, size, and execute against new opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Manage all components of campaigns and workflows/automation on key platforms (Iterable & Postscript)
  • Leverage analytical toolkit to identify trends and develop data-driven solutions to complex business problems
  • Launch, analyze, and report on A/B tests of new creative treatments, landing experiences, and initiatives
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer journey and churn behaviors through analysis in Sigma (BI analytics tool) and other software tools
  • Develop advanced segmentation & targeting strategy, build-out key triggers & flows, and optimize content across all touchpoints to maximize customer lifetime value
  • Communicate results, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree with an excellent academic record
  • 5+ years of professional experience with a background in digital marketing
  • Experience building and optimizing retention and CRM channels such as email, SMS, and direct mail marketing
  • Proven record of strong performance and driving impact in a highly dynamic environment
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to persuasively and concisely communicate complex ideas in both written and verbal manner
  • Strong project management skills 
  • Strategic thinker with an ownership mindset and bias towards action
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with analytical tools such as SQL, R, and Python
