What You’ll Do
- Develop consultative sales strategies with channel partners
- Uncover business needs, build ROI cases, and present tailored solutions
- Lead deals through the full sales lifecycle with a focus on C-level engagement
- Manage pipeline, forecasts, and account updates in Salesforce
- Build strong relationships across prospects, clients, and internal teams
What You Need
- 5+ years of SaaS/Cloud-based sales experience (HCM/Workforce Management preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding $1M+ quotas
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills
- Experience selling in a channel environment
- Skilled with Salesforce CRM for forecasting and pipeline management
- Ability to manage long sales cycles (6–18 months)
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
