Schedule
- Part-time, remote (based in USA)
- Reports to a manager or director
- Independent clerical functions with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Review new and renewal business applications for policy accuracy
- Maintain contact with Account Manager regarding new and renewal business
- Operate personal computer and appropriate software packages
- Maintain files, records, and reports
- Assist with workflow improvement projects as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- 1–3 years of related experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong telephone demeanor and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Well-organized and attentive to detail
Pay Range
- $25.00 hourly
