Schedule

  • Part-time, remote (based in USA)
  • Reports to a manager or director
  • Independent clerical functions with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Review new and renewal business applications for policy accuracy
  • Maintain contact with Account Manager regarding new and renewal business
  • Operate personal computer and appropriate software packages
  • Maintain files, records, and reports
  • Assist with workflow improvement projects as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • 1–3 years of related experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong telephone demeanor and customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Well-organized and attentive to detail

Pay Range

  • $25.00 hourly
