- Full-time, remote
- Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm CST

What You’ll Do
- Take inbound calls from patients, prescribers, and other healthcare professionals supporting specialty pharmacy operations
- Make outbound calls to patients to confirm shipment criteria and ask scripted questions when needed
- Use internal operating systems/tools to support patient therapy tracking and refill compliance
- Triage calls and route to a licensed healthcare associate when clinical intervention is needed
- Collect accurate information needed for prescription fulfillment and document it properly
- Follow all federal/state laws and internal compliance standards
- Support other duties as assigned
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
- 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Pharmacy or healthcare environment experience preferred
- Strong phone presence, active listening, and comfort working with structured scripts/workflows
- Ability to gather facts, solve problems, and know when to escalate issues appropriately
