Schedule

  • Full-time, remote
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm CST
  • Remote work not available to residents of: Alaska, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wyoming

What You’ll Do

  • Take inbound calls from patients, prescribers, and other healthcare professionals supporting specialty pharmacy operations
  • Make outbound calls to patients to confirm shipment criteria and ask scripted questions when needed
  • Use internal operating systems/tools to support patient therapy tracking and refill compliance
  • Triage calls and route to a licensed healthcare associate when clinical intervention is needed
  • Collect accurate information needed for prescription fulfillment and document it properly
  • Follow all federal/state laws and internal compliance standards
  • Support other duties as assigned

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Pharmacy or healthcare environment experience preferred
  • Strong phone presence, active listening, and comfort working with structured scripts/workflows
  • Ability to gather facts, solve problems, and know when to escalate issues appropriately
