What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls from members and providers to resolve questions about RBP plan benefits and payments.
- Educate members on RBP coverage, claims processes, and provider reimbursements.
- Use multiple databases and partner portals to research and resolve member issues.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills while listening attentively and asking probing questions.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy across all communications.
- Consistently meet quality and performance standards.
- Work independently from a home office while meeting business scheduling needs.
What You Need
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment (RBP experience preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with PCs, internet, and software navigation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
