What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound calls from members and providers to resolve questions about RBP plan benefits and payments.
  • Educate members on RBP coverage, claims processes, and provider reimbursements.
  • Use multiple databases and partner portals to research and resolve member issues.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills while listening attentively and asking probing questions.
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy across all communications.
  • Consistently meet quality and performance standards.
  • Work independently from a home office while meeting business scheduling needs.

What You Need

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment (RBP experience preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with PCs, internet, and software navigation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
