Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with flexibility)
- May require occasional overtime
- 4 weeks of paid, virtual on-the-job training
What You’ll Do
- Rebill and audit claims for Medicare and commercial payers
- Handle sensitive client documentation with confidentiality
- Maintain timely, accurate billing documentation and records
- Meet performance goals for efficiency, accuracy, and quality
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to resolve problem claims
- Prioritize work independently while meeting deadlines
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of Medicare Part A & B billing experience
- Experience with billing software and/or EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.)
- Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Revenue cycle experience
Preferred
- 1+ years Medicare collections/follow-up experience
- Commercial billing experience
- Knowledge of EFR Billing System and/or Centauri
Telecommuting Requirements
