Schedule

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with flexibility)
  • May require occasional overtime
  • 4 weeks of paid, virtual on-the-job training

What You’ll Do

  • Rebill and audit claims for Medicare and commercial payers
  • Handle sensitive client documentation with confidentiality
  • Maintain timely, accurate billing documentation and records
  • Meet performance goals for efficiency, accuracy, and quality
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to resolve problem claims
  • Prioritize work independently while meeting deadlines

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of Medicare Part A & B billing experience
  • Experience with billing software and/or EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Revenue cycle experience

Preferred

  • 1+ years Medicare collections/follow-up experience
  • Commercial billing experience
  • Knowledge of EFR Billing System and/or Centauri

Telecommuting Requirements

  • Dedicated private home workspace
  • Secure handling of sensitive documents
  • Approved high-speed internet connection
