Schedule
- Temporary assignment (60–120 days)
- Training week: 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. CT
- After training: flexible scheduling between 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CT
- Fully remote (U.S.)
What You’ll Do
- Intake and create medical claim cases in internal systems
- Perform accurate and timely data entry
- Process claim adjustments as required
- Contact customers to obtain missing claim details
- Research systems to complete and validate case information
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all tasks
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of medical insurance terminology required
- Proficiency in software navigation, data entry, and Excel (preferred)
- Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- High-speed internet and distraction-free workspace
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
- Reliable attendance and adherence to schedule
