Schedule

  • Temporary assignment (60–120 days)
  • Training week: 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. CT
  • After training: flexible scheduling between 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CT
  • Fully remote (U.S.)

What You’ll Do

  • Intake and create medical claim cases in internal systems
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry
  • Process claim adjustments as required
  • Contact customers to obtain missing claim details
  • Research systems to complete and validate case information
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all tasks

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of medical insurance terminology required
  • Proficiency in software navigation, data entry, and Excel (preferred)
  • Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills
  • High-speed internet and distraction-free workspace
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
  • Reliable attendance and adherence to schedule
