AM LLC is seeking several experienced, motivated Mail Processing Analysts to support our VA customer in Chesapeake, VA. U.S. Remote work is authorized through December 2021. U.S, Citizenship is required.
Responsibilities
Mail Processing Analyst:
Monitors and controls electronic computer and peripheral electronic data processing equipment for mail and image processing. Additional role responsibilities including the following: Monitor and manually process outlier transactions. Specific duties include reviewing image documents, indexing, routing and other related duties as assigned. This person will enter commands at a computer terminal and utilize office automation tools while ensuring accuracy of data entry. This position works under close supervision and follows specific procedures or detailed instructions. Ideal candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced envronment and possess an ability to quickly get up to speed. The Mail Processing Analyst will also apply standard operating or corrective proceudres, refer problems that do not respond to preplanned procedure, and may serve as an assistant operator, working under more general supervision
Qualifications
High School diploma or higher. 2-5+ years of relevant experience required.
