Looking for a Lead to help with a team of mods for phone and ticket support. The Lead will help with Resource Site materials and day to day functions of the project.

The ideal applicant has:

  • Customer Service background
  • Phone/ticket support experience
  • Technical Support Background
  • Zoho Experience (preferred but not required)

Hours:Monday – Friday, 11:30 am – 8 pm PST
