Responsibilities
- Create a fair, fun, and equitable experience for all job candidates and help Soofa’s team grow and flourish by screening resumes, conducting first interviews, and scheduling interviews for hiring managers
- Find innovative ways to bring diverse talent to Team Soofa by sourcing a high volume of candidates using Linkedin, job boards, and other strategies TBD by you
- Continuously improve internal operations processes that will have an impact company-wide, including accounting and compliance
- Put together critical data reports for the leadership team using spreadsheets
- Create a welcoming environment for all new Soofarians by managing new hire orientation and onboarding
- Drive a best-in-class hybrid team experience by planning fun and inclusive team events and assisting with special projects as needed
- Answer equipment requests from our team and order office supplies
- Provide administrative support to leadership team as needed
Qualifications
- 1-2+ years’ experience in a dynamic admin role
- 1+ years’ talent acquisition experience
- Excel expert (you will be tested on your advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills)
