Key responsibilities
- Identifying licensed, active, healthcare professionals, such as mental health therapists, clinical psychologists, social workers, and marriage and family therapists
- Recording and posting job opportunity advertisements
- Overseeing various administrative duties
- Capitalizing on digital recruiting resources
- Operating ATS systems and sourcing through social media platforms
- Reserving and screening candidates through various sources and platforms
- Readying internal recommendations
- Performing other recruiting functions such as sourcing, cold calling, direct mail campaigns, managing open requisitions, and conducting phone screens
- Managing open requisitions
Requirements
- Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally
- Healthcare recruiting or Behavioral Health Recruiting experience highly desired
- Full-Cycle Healthcare Recruiting experience is required, within the last 5 years
- 1+ years of healthcare recruiting experience or 3+ years of general recruiting experience is preferred
- Strong familiarity with recruiting functions such as sourcing, cold calling, direct mail campaigns, managing open requisitions, and conducting phone screens
- Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
- Experience with ATS systems and sourcing through social media platforms such as Linked In, Indeed, and Zip Recruiter
- Proficiency with office applications and software
- Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
