We operate in 14 states, combining the expertise of physicians, scientists, entrepreneurs, and public health leaders to reimagine addiction care in America.
Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours/week), remote anywhere in the U.S.
- Start time: 9:00 a.m. ET
- One consistent weekend day required
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective patients and guide them through enrollment
- Build rapport quickly using a patient-centered, trauma-informed approach
- Conduct outreach and “cold call” style interactions to engage and re-engage prospective patients
- Support patients in overcoming initial barriers to treatment
- Work autonomously in a tech-driven, remote-first environment
- Track outreach and enrollment metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Contribute to a fast-paced, evolving startup culture
Requirements
- 2+ years in a client-, customer-, or patient-facing role
- Comfortable with outreach via phone, including cold calls and follow-ups
- Technically savvy; able to navigate multiple platforms in a remote setting
- Adaptable, proactive, and motivated in a startup environment
- Data-driven mindset with ability to use metrics to guide decisions
