We operate in 14 states, combining the expertise of physicians, scientists, entrepreneurs, and public health leaders to reimagine addiction care in America.

Schedule

  • Full-time (40 hours/week), remote anywhere in the U.S.
  • Start time: 9:00 a.m. ET
  • One consistent weekend day required

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective patients and guide them through enrollment
  • Build rapport quickly using a patient-centered, trauma-informed approach
  • Conduct outreach and “cold call” style interactions to engage and re-engage prospective patients
  • Support patients in overcoming initial barriers to treatment
  • Work autonomously in a tech-driven, remote-first environment
  • Track outreach and enrollment metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Contribute to a fast-paced, evolving startup culture

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a client-, customer-, or patient-facing role
  • Comfortable with outreach via phone, including cold calls and follow-ups
  • Technically savvy; able to navigate multiple platforms in a remote setting
  • Adaptable, proactive, and motivated in a startup environment
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to use metrics to guide decisions
