Schedule
- Seasonal, part-time role
- Remote position
- Weeknights (M–F after 5 PM) and weekend AM/PM shifts
What You’ll Do
- Answer customer inquiries via email and phone with professionalism and accuracy
- Process orders, refunds, exchanges, and account updates
- Resolve product or service issues and follow up to ensure resolution
- Inform customers about promotions and company information
- Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions
- Build strong customer relationships through open and interactive communication
What You Need
- Proven customer support experience with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficiency with CRM systems and general computer skills
- Strong email communication skills with attention to detail
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
