Schedule

  • Seasonal, part-time role
  • Remote position
  • Weeknights (M–F after 5 PM) and weekend AM/PM shifts

What You’ll Do

  • Answer customer inquiries via email and phone with professionalism and accuracy
  • Process orders, refunds, exchanges, and account updates
  • Resolve product or service issues and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Inform customers about promotions and company information
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions
  • Build strong customer relationships through open and interactive communication

What You Need

  • Proven customer support experience with strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and general computer skills
  • Strong email communication skills with attention to detail
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
