What You’ll Do
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, chat, text, and email
- Provide account management, sales support, and order tracking
- Promote and represent Bump Boxes products and values
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions
- Support teammates and assist other departments as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate records
What You Need
- Prior customer service experience (phone preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent decision-making ability and problem-solving skills
- Professional, respectful approach to customers and co-workers
- Ability to respond to direction and feedback with adaptability
