What You’ll Do

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, chat, text, and email
  • Provide account management, sales support, and order tracking
  • Promote and represent Bump Boxes products and values
  • Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Support teammates and assist other departments as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and accurate records

What You Need

  • Prior customer service experience (phone preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent decision-making ability and problem-solving skills
  • Professional, respectful approach to customers and co-workers
  • Ability to respond to direction and feedback with adaptability
