Job Summary
Auto Assure/Endurance is looking for Customer Care Representatives with a positive attitude and attention to detail to facilitate inbound calls to update administrative details of customer accounts and/or direct calls to the appropriate department as needed.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Handle high volume of inbound calls from customers and direct them to the proper departments if applicable
Work closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience
Strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve when necessary
Help explain contract details
Manage existing customer relationships that give our customers peace of mind and worry-free driving
Process payments and set up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts

Qualifications:
Excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills
Can work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with other employees
General computer and typing skills
Available for immediate full-time work
Passion for customer service and quality work
Must be focused and reliable
