Rent (a division of Redfin) is looking for an experienced Client Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role for the organization with a focus on challenge resolution, sales support, and client satisfaction with a primary mission of providing best-in-class service to our clients and sales team. The Client Service Representative swiftly and accurately administers solutions to inbound client challenges (via phone, email, case, and/or chat). With a favorable reputation with internal and external partners for being credible, nimble, and responsive, stakeholders feel confident in the solutions recommended by the Client Service Representative without relying on multiple sources of assistance to resolve concerns and questions.


What you will be doing:

  • Working with Sales to update Salesforce property and management company account records
  • Working with Sales to provide copies of contracts
  • Working with Sales to provide assistance with products and services
  • Working with Implementation assist with photo retouch requests, etc.
  • Resolving ticket requests and providing status updates
  • Management and property level Content Manager updates to existing accounts  
  • Troubleshooting data feed challenges
  • Assistance with backfill listings (LNP)
  • MyRentPath and Content Manager login and password reset and verification
  • Lead delivery error resolution
  • Resolving ticket requests and providing status updates
  • Removal of fraud listings 
  • Assistance with accessibility

  • Ability to articulate solutions clearly and concisely both written and verbally

  • Some experience in a sales support role/capacity

  • Working in a fast-paced service environment with quick turnaround times
