Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S.)
- Based in or near Atlanta, GA
- Must obtain home state adjuster license within 60 days
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat
- Guide customers through the claims process with clear, empathetic communication
- Record and update claim details accurately in internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalations
- Address concerns and disputes with professionalism while ensuring compliance
What You Need
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s or insurance certifications preferred)
- 3+ years of customer service or call center experience, ideally in insurance/claims
- Strong knowledge of claims processes and terminology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with active listening ability
- Proficiency with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Empathy, patience, and resilience in handling challenging conversations
