Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (U.S.)
  • Based in or near Atlanta, GA
  • Must obtain home state adjuster license within 60 days

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Guide customers through the claims process with clear, empathetic communication
  • Record and update claim details accurately in internal systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalations
  • Address concerns and disputes with professionalism while ensuring compliance

What You Need

  • High school diploma (Bachelor’s or insurance certifications preferred)
  • 3+ years of customer service or call center experience, ideally in insurance/claims
  • Strong knowledge of claims processes and terminology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with active listening ability
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Empathy, patience, and resilience in handling challenging conversations
