The Retail Operations Team is looking for a goal-oriented entrepreneurial minded Catalog and Operations Specialist to support the Account Management team in initiating and maintaining the highest quality catalog data and assist with back-end operations to support the growth of our clients’ Amazon business.

Essential Functions:

  • Understand and be able to execute support for both the Amazon Seller and Vendor platforms including but not limited to:
  • New item creation and set up
  • Creation, audit, and maintenance of product variations
  • Performing of regular audits through search, detail page views and catalog data, and take necessary actions to align customer experience with strategy
  • Catalog Management/Product Listings
  • Case Management
  • Promotion Implementation and Tracking
  • Content Optimization
  • Brand Registry
  • FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) Shipment Processing

Requirements:

  • Expertly honed project management skills and a power user of tools like Wrike, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Slack
  • A creative, analytical person who can identify anomalies in data and takes action appropriately to ensure a best-in-class experience for either our client, the Amazon customer, or internal team, depending on the project and data set
  • Experience articulating issues in a clear manner and developing the best path forward
  • Self-driven to succeed but collaborative with a team
  • High-level understanding of complex Excel calculations and functions
  • Bachelor’s degree
