The Retail Operations Team is looking for a goal-oriented entrepreneurial minded Catalog and Operations Specialist to support the Account Management team in initiating and maintaining the highest quality catalog data and assist with back-end operations to support the growth of our clients’ Amazon business.

Essential Functions:

Understand and be able to execute support for both the Amazon Seller and Vendor platforms including but not limited to:

New item creation and set up
Creation, audit, and maintenance of product variations

Performing of regular audits through search, detail page views and catalog data, and take necessary actions to align customer experience with strategy
Catalog Management/Product Listings
Case Management

Promotion Implementation and Tracking
Content Optimization
Brand Registry

FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) Shipment Processing

Requirements:

Expertly honed project management skills and a power user of tools like Wrike, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Slack
A creative, analytical person who can identify anomalies in data and takes action appropriately to ensure a best-in-class experience for either our client, the Amazon customer, or internal team, depending on the project and data set
Experience articulating issues in a clear manner and developing the best path forward
