Luxury Presence is searching for our first Billing Support Specialist to join our growing Client Support team.
- As a Billing Support Specialist, you will assist our clients with any billing or finance related questions via our support channels of email, phone, and chat.
- You will proactively work with clients to resolve billing issues, including past-due balances, updated subscriptions, and renewals.
- As a fellow member of the Support team, you will also assist with general Support tasks when needed.
- Additionally, you will assist the team in a Finance audit, ensuring that all of our clients have up to date billing information, subscriptions are set on standard dates, and products are recorded correctly in our billing system.

You’re gifted at:
- Empathetic client support
- Quickly troubleshooting complex billing inquiries
- Project management
You have:
- 1+ years of experience in a client facing role
- A passion for helping people
- A desire to learn more about the finance and billing functions in an organization
- Experience using Stripe a plus
- Experience using Salesforce CRM as a ticketing system a plus
