Luxury Presence is searching for our first Billing Support Specialist to join our growing Client Support team.
- As a Billing Support Specialist, you will assist our clients with any billing or finance related questions via our support channels of email, phone, and chat.
- You will proactively work with clients to resolve billing issues, including past-due balances, updated subscriptions, and renewals.
- As a fellow member of the Support team, you will also assist with general Support tasks when needed.
- Additionally, you will assist the team in a Finance audit, ensuring that all of our clients have up to date billing information, subscriptions are set on standard dates, and products are recorded correctly in our billing system.
