- Paid training start date: Wednesday, October 15, 2025
- Hours of operation: Monday–Friday, 7am–7pm PST
- Cameras required during training sessions
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls regarding claims inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Apply claims process expertise using provided training materials, scripts, and guides
- Record accurate notes of all customer interactions in the system
- Schedule appointments using designated tools as needed
- Verify eligibility details using APN and online resources
- Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and industry standards
What You Need
- High school diploma required
- Spanish/English fluency required
- 1–2 years of prior call center or customer service experience
- Strong listening, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and patience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with online tools and communication platforms
