  • Remote/work-from-home (Texas and Arizona residents only)
  • Paid training start date: Wednesday, October 15, 2025
  • Hours of operation: Monday–Friday, 7am–7pm PST
  • Cameras required during training sessions

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound calls regarding claims inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Apply claims process expertise using provided training materials, scripts, and guides
  • Record accurate notes of all customer interactions in the system
  • Schedule appointments using designated tools as needed
  • Verify eligibility details using APN and online resources
  • Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and industry standards

What You Need

  • High school diploma required
  • Spanish/English fluency required
  • 1–2 years of prior call center or customer service experience
  • Strong listening, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and patience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with online tools and communication platforms
