Schedule
- Fully remote
- Must reside in MST or CST, or one of the following states: WA, OR, NV, MI, IN, OH, WV, PA, VT, ME, NH, MA, RI, CT, NJ, DE, MD, DC, VA, NC, SC, GA, FL
- Monday–Friday
- 7:00am–3:30pm PST (flexible)
- Occasional overtime based on business needs
What You’ll Do
- Support care advocates with daily tasks and service delivery
- Audit and review calls to ensure quality, compliance, and accuracy
- Handle escalated concerns and resolve issues quickly
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback
- Identify operational improvements and process enhancements
- Communicate professionally across teams and departments
- Manage work tasks efficiently and accurately
- Serve as a liaison to Patient Financial Services
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years experience working with patient financials (billing disputes, payments, charity care policies)
- 1+ years call center experience handling healthcare inquiries
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm PST
- Strong computer and Windows navigation skills
Preferred
- Experience with EPIC
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and empathy
Telecommuting Requirements
- Must live in an approved state or MST/CST
- Secure, private workspace
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents
- Access to approved high-speed internet
