Schedule

  • Fully remote
  • Must reside in MST or CST, or one of the following states: WA, OR, NV, MI, IN, OH, WV, PA, VT, ME, NH, MA, RI, CT, NJ, DE, MD, DC, VA, NC, SC, GA, FL
  • Monday–Friday
  • 7:00am–3:30pm PST (flexible)
  • Occasional overtime based on business needs

What You’ll Do

  • Support care advocates with daily tasks and service delivery
  • Audit and review calls to ensure quality, compliance, and accuracy
  • Handle escalated concerns and resolve issues quickly
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback
  • Identify operational improvements and process enhancements
  • Communicate professionally across teams and departments
  • Manage work tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Serve as a liaison to Patient Financial Services

What You Need

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years experience working with patient financials (billing disputes, payments, charity care policies)
  • 1+ years call center experience handling healthcare inquiries
  • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm PST
  • Strong computer and Windows navigation skills

Preferred

  • Experience with EPIC
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and empathy

Telecommuting Requirements

  • Must live in an approved state or MST/CST
  • Secure, private workspace
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents
  • Access to approved high-speed internet
