Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
- Shifts between 7 AM – 9 PM CST (8-hour shift)
- December 1, 2025 start date
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls for medical equipment resupply
- Assist with order placement and verify patient needs
- Manage follow-up emails and chats
- Meet call, accuracy, and service level goals
- Work across multiple systems to track accounts
- Ensure HIPAA-compliant patient support
- Troubleshoot basic issues and process requests efficiently
What You Need
- High school diploma
- 1 year of customer service experience
- 1 year sales experience
- Strong phone and written communication skills
- Ability to make 20–25 calls per hour
- Comfortable with multitasking and fast-paced work
- Reliable, hard-wired high-speed internet (30 Mbps down / 20 Mbps up)
Preferred
- Call center experience
- Associate degree or coursework
- Bilingual (Spanish)
