Schedule

  • Full-time, remote
  • Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Shifts between 7 AM – 9 PM CST (8-hour shift)
  • December 1, 2025 start date

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound patient calls for medical equipment resupply
  • Assist with order placement and verify patient needs
  • Manage follow-up emails and chats
  • Meet call, accuracy, and service level goals
  • Work across multiple systems to track accounts
  • Ensure HIPAA-compliant patient support
  • Troubleshoot basic issues and process requests efficiently

What You Need

  • High school diploma
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • 1 year sales experience
  • Strong phone and written communication skills
  • Ability to make 20–25 calls per hour
  • Comfortable with multitasking and fast-paced work
  • Reliable, hard-wired high-speed internet (30 Mbps down / 20 Mbps up)

Preferred

  • Call center experience
  • Associate degree or coursework
  • Bilingual (Spanish)
