Schedule
- Full-time, non-exempt hourly role
- Remote (U.S.-based)
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound outreach to explain the benefits of Vida’s program and enroll members at no cost
- Take inbound calls to assess needs, answer questions, and guide members through program options and app navigation
- Provide empathetic, solutions-driven support while promoting relevant program offerings
- Document all interactions in the Member Services system, ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Resolve member concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary
- Support special projects, including training, scripting improvements, and peer mentoring
- Consistently meet or exceed inbound and outbound KPIs
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
- 2–3 years of experience in customer service or call center roles (healthcare preferred)
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM and ticketing systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, member-focused environment
