Schedule

  • Full-time, non-exempt hourly role
  • Remote (U.S.-based)

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct outbound outreach to explain the benefits of Vida’s program and enroll members at no cost
  • Take inbound calls to assess needs, answer questions, and guide members through program options and app navigation
  • Provide empathetic, solutions-driven support while promoting relevant program offerings
  • Document all interactions in the Member Services system, ensuring HIPAA compliance
  • Resolve member concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary
  • Support special projects, including training, scripting improvements, and peer mentoring
  • Consistently meet or exceed inbound and outbound KPIs

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service or call center roles (healthcare preferred)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM and ticketing systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, member-focused environment
