Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (must reside in the contiguous U.S.)
- Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm EDT
- Some holidays or weekends may be required during peak seasons
What You’ll Do
- Make 200+ outbound calls per day to connect users with financial advisors
- Guide consumers through the advisor consultation process with professionalism and empathy
- Consistently meet or exceed performance goals tied to conversions and quality metrics
- Log all interactions accurately in CRM systems and track outcomes
- Identify recurring user challenges and share insights for improvement
- Support cross-team projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
What You Need
- 1+ years of high-volume call center experience required (100+ outbound calls per day)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to thrive in a quota-driven, metrics-heavy environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
- Willingness to work some holidays or weekends as needed
