Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role (must reside in the contiguous U.S.)
  • Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm EDT
  • Some holidays or weekends may be required during peak seasons

What You’ll Do

  • Make 200+ outbound calls per day to connect users with financial advisors
  • Guide consumers through the advisor consultation process with professionalism and empathy
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance goals tied to conversions and quality metrics
  • Log all interactions accurately in CRM systems and track outcomes
  • Identify recurring user challenges and share insights for improvement
  • Support cross-team projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

What You Need

  • 1+ years of high-volume call center experience required (100+ outbound calls per day)
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to thrive in a quota-driven, metrics-heavy environment
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Willingness to work some holidays or weekends as needed
