What You’ll Do
- Serve as point of contact for Tier 1 escalations and provide coaching/support
- Work directly with customers to resolve issues via phone and ticketing system
- Provide professional, empathetic communication and clear status updates
- Diagnose and troubleshoot order disputes, billing holds, and equipment rental issues
- Set up and manage auto-reporting configurations and troubleshoot reporting errors
- Investigate customer requests requiring technical/product knowledge
- Collaborate with internal teams on cross-departmental resolutions
- Document processes and provide feedback to improve systems and reduce recurring issues
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred
- 3+ years in healthcare or DME industry (customer service or order intake)
- Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn ticketing systems
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
