  • Reports to the Manager, Customer Support

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as point of contact for Tier 1 escalations and provide coaching/support
  • Work directly with customers to resolve issues via phone and ticketing system
  • Provide professional, empathetic communication and clear status updates
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot order disputes, billing holds, and equipment rental issues
  • Set up and manage auto-reporting configurations and troubleshoot reporting errors
  • Investigate customer requests requiring technical/product knowledge
  • Collaborate with internal teams on cross-departmental resolutions
  • Document processes and provide feedback to improve systems and reduce recurring issues

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years in healthcare or DME industry (customer service or order intake)
  • Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn ticketing systems
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
