Schedule

Responsibilities
- Provide information about products and services via online channels
- Respond to online reviews according to established guidelines
- Act as a brand ambassador, communicating in the client’s voice
- Research and answer consumer questions on merchant sites
- Maintain and update a library of approved responses
- Identify social trends and escalate high-priority issues
- Measure, track, and report on interaction success metrics
Requirements
- Associate’s degree required (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or a customer-focused field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (professional or personal use)
- Excellent written communication and ability to craft appropriate consumer responses
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and multitask
- Professional, positive demeanor
Compensation
- $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
