Schedule

  • Fully remote (U.S. based)
  • Entry-level, full-time position
  • Equipment provided

Responsibilities

  • Provide information about products and services via online channels
  • Respond to online reviews according to established guidelines
  • Act as a brand ambassador, communicating in the client’s voice
  • Research and answer consumer questions on merchant sites
  • Maintain and update a library of approved responses
  • Identify social trends and escalate high-priority issues
  • Measure, track, and report on interaction success metrics

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree required (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or a customer-focused field
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (professional or personal use)
  • Excellent written communication and ability to craft appropriate consumer responses
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and multitask
  • Professional, positive demeanor

Compensation

  • $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
