This full-time, remote position focuses on delivery exception handling, stakeholder relationship management, cost-saving process improvements, and data reporting. π What Youβll Own
β’ Monitor, forecast, and manage final mile delivery network performance
β’ Communicate with trucking partners to maintain high service levels
β’ Build and sustain relationships with receiving warehouses for smooth operations
β’ Identify inefficiencies and lead process improvement initiatives
β’ Execute cost-reduction strategies across the inbound network
β’ Handle delivery exceptions via email and resolve shipping issues promptly
β’ Develop reporting for forecasting, cost comparisons, and data validation
β’ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills
β’ Ability to work independently and problem-solve creatively
β’ Excel proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office
β’ Organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
