This full-time, remote position focuses on delivery exception handling, stakeholder relationship management, cost-saving process improvements, and data reporting. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Monitor, forecast, and manage final mile delivery network performance
• Communicate with trucking partners to maintain high service levels
• Build and sustain relationships with receiving warehouses for smooth operations
• Identify inefficiencies and lead process improvement initiatives
• Execute cost-reduction strategies across the inbound network
• Handle delivery exceptions via email and resolve shipping issues promptly
• Develop reporting for forecasting, cost comparisons, and data validation
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
