Ministry Brands is seeking a Remote Client Account Executive to strengthen and grow its SaaS relationships within faith-based, nonprofit, and mission-driven organizations. You’ll engage existing clients, identify cross-sell opportunities, and lead the sales cycle to ensure adoption and satisfaction across their technology suite. 🧠 Experience Level: 1+ year in B2B SaaS or customer account roles; SaaS selling or cross-sell experience preferred
🔎 What You’ll Own:
• Nurture and expand technology partnerships across existing clients
• Lead the full sales cycle: prospect, present, negotiate pricing/contracts, close deals—including upsell and migrations
• Demonstrate product value with compelling demos and ROI messaging
• Maintain accurate pipeline and client data in Salesforce or CRM
• Stay ahead on industry trends to tailor solutions and anticipate client needs
