Full-time SaaS account management role with mission impact
đ§ Experience Level: 1+ year in B2B SaaS or customer account roles; SaaS selling or cross-sell experience preferred
đ What Youâll Own:
⢠Nurture and expand technology partnerships across existing clients
⢠Lead the full sales cycle: prospect, present, negotiate pricing/contracts, close dealsâincluding upsell and migrations
⢠Demonstrate product value with compelling demos and ROI messaging
⢠Maintain accurate pipeline and client data in Salesforce or CRM
⢠Stay ahead on industry trends to tailor solutions and anticipate client needs
